Brokers should only submit details that they are content to have made publicly available through the listings gallery and associated member-facing property resources.

This includes contact information such as email addresses and/or telephone numbers. Do not submit confidential, commercially sensitive, personal, or third-party information unless you have the right and appropriate authority to disclose it.

3. Responsibility for listing information

Users are liable for the information they post in the listings gallery. You should ensure that property descriptions, availability information, contact details, URLs and other particulars are accurate, lawful and suitable for publication.

By submitting a listing, you accept responsibility for the content associated with that listing and for ensuring that you have the necessary authority to provide it.

4. Fraud, misuse and authentication

Fraudulent, misleading, abusive or otherwise improper use of the property listings service will be dealt with swiftly in accordance with our applicable policy on user authentication and account security.

Access to the listings service is tied to authenticated user accounts. We may suspend or remove access where information appears fraudulent, materially misleading, unauthorised, or otherwise inconsistent with our site rules and security requirements.

5. Practical guidance for brokers

• Only publish information you wish to be made publicly available.
• Check property and contact details before submitting a listing.
• Do not use the listings gallery to publish confidential information.
• Report suspected fraud or materially misleading information promptly to support@ibrecruitment.com.
