About the Substack Posts

The Substack posts presented in this Insights Archive are intended to provide members with a continuing source of commentary, analysis and informed professional perspective on subjects relevant to business, recruitment, labour markets, HRM, leadership, energy, infrastructure, real estate, ESG and related economic and sector developments. They are designed to add context to current issues, explain developments and trends, and provide longer-form observations that may be useful to professionals, researchers, recruiters and business decision-makers.

Posts can include original commentary, research-informed discussion, interpretation of current events, sector perspectives and practical analysis. The purpose of the feed is therefore broader than a conventional news stream: it is a curated route into longer-form material that readers can use to understand an issue, consider its implications and, where appropriate, follow the underlying discussion in greater depth.

New publications are delivered automatically from the IB Substack publication through its RSS feed. The system checks the publication regularly, adds new posts to the authenticated Insights Archive and records the post information needed for the feed, including its title, publication date, author, source, tags and a short synopsis. Where configured, newly ingested posts can also be relayed by email to eligible members who have not unsubscribed from member communications. The feed is therefore an access point and index rather than a duplicate copy of the full Substack article: selecting Read More takes you to the original publication.

Outside this Insights Archive, the posts can be read directly on the IB Substack publication at blogs.ibrecruitment.com. Individual entries in this archive also link directly to their original Substack pages, while the publication itself provides the wider archive and any available subscription options.
